Where ideas create value
HTE-Hi-Tech.Expo 2010, the important Fair on Innovative Technologies, which will take place at Fieramilano from 17 to 19 November, will provide an exception business tool FREE OF CHARGE for participants: "matching" from Federchimica with the name "Where ideas create value", aimed at companies taking part in the event.
"Where ideas create value" is a software package created by Federchimica to interface the needs for competitive development of companies with the scientific and technological competences available at public and private international R&D Centres. This software will enable all those registered to organize one-to-one aimed and scheduled business meetings. Each participant will have the possibility of organizing several meetings a day, which will enable him to identify new opportunities of business and/or collaboration. Once both parties have agreed to the meeting, the system will create a personalized agenda for each member, specifying time and place of the meeting. A dedicated area for these one-to-one meetings will be set up in the pavilion of the fair.

Activation procedure is as follows:
From Federchimica’s website:
- The interested party (Researcher, Manager, Professional) downloads the Registration Form, fills it in and sends it to: d.dellagiovanna@federchimica.it
- Federchimica assesses the Registration Form and decided whether or not to authorize the interested party to gain access to the website. The authorized interested party will receive his username and password to gain access to the informatics tool.
- The party access the system and can enter his project.
- Other parties access the system and can see the projects already entered.
- By means of the exchange of information on the different projects, the parties can cooperate, begin start-ups and develop technology transfers and joint projects, also by means of SC Sviluppo Chimica, a company controlled by Federchimica.
The informatics tool "Where ideas create value" guarantees privacy: each interested party can choose not to declare the details of his project right from the start, and to contact the other party or User at a later date.
